General description:
CCS is an organization that has the headquarters at Tian'an with secondary HQ in Kizenia at Giurgiu. The CCS is a non-political organization axed on cooperation, a system in which nations voluntarily join in a community of nations that focus on development, trust, cooperation and maintaining peace and stability in their areas. The organization is not limited to a region, power or ideology and is opened to everyone to join if their interests are to promote stability and growth for all nations of the world in a safe and peaceful environment, where nations seek to further diplomatic relationships and cooperate to make a better world were people live at peace and prosper economically and socially. The organization is based on community values of voluntary actions, joint actions and not on bureaucratic and hierarchical values like other military and political organizations.
