Progress in the reconstruction and development of Cildania is crucial in achieving the future that the people of Cildania deserve.
To maintain sustainability and trust within the established systems of government and order, it is imperative that the International Community
work with and work through Cildania institutions and thereby strengthen those institutions for the benefit of the people of Cildania .
We call on nations whom have pledged their assistance to the cause of international development and humanitarian assistance to fulfil their
commitments and to work through reconstruction organisations governed by the Cildanian Government. It is in so recognising the need for a
greater international approach to the situation in Cildania that we propose the following.

- A resolution which authorises the formation of a World Congress sanctioned peacekeeping mission in Cildania.
- A resolution which authorises the formation of a World Congress sanctioned reconstruction and development organisation in Cildania.
