Concerned: the instability in Cildania continues to constitute a threat to regional peace and security in Majatra.
Recalling: the World Congress' primary responsibility as a force in the maintenance and support of international peace and security.
Convinced: that the implementation of the World Congress peacekeeping plan will assist in returning Cildania towards a period of relative peace and stability.
Does hereby moves to implement measures in support and maintenance of international peace and security through the pathways of mutual cooperation and understanding.
The General Assembly issues the following mandate
1. That a World Congress Protection Force be established underneath its authority in accordance with the World Congress Peacekeeping Office's peacekeeping plan.
2. That these forces shall be deployed within the aforementioned nation for a period not extending two and half years (30 months) unless mandated by the General Assembly via an official decree or resolution.
3. That in-order to legitimise the actions of the force, the World Congress Peacekeeping Office must present a report to both General Assembly and the Secretariat of the World Congress at the end of a two and a half year period.
4. That parties keep in mind the World Congress Protection Force's principle objective to establish an environment of relative peace and stability for the implementation of development and reconstruction.
5. That all participating parties take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the members of the World Congress Protection Force and provide significant support in the areas of transit of equipment and personnel.
