Request for controlling Secondary nations

From the feedback gathered from the poll on Controlling a second nation (Seen Here), we've gathered that those active in the community are in favour of controlling a second nation. Thus, we are proud to introduce NPC nation control. 

Please feel free to submit proposals for nations which are currently non-player controlled. Your proposals should be reasonably detailed whereby you state your intentions with the proposed nation. Secondary accounts will be registered in the Nation Controllers thread. 

Please do note, that there are restrictions when it comes to controlling non-player controlled nations. To simplifying the rules of the system:

• The primary nation (the nation which the player currently controls) should share no immediate border with the secondary nation (the nation which the player is requesting to control) , nor should the requested nation be within the immediate continent of the primary nation. 
• Primary and Secondary nations may be allowed to interact with each other, however said interactions should not extend to conflict RP or any form of RP which may be viewed as an attempt to wrap the secondary nation underneath the primary nation's direct control (eg. Colonies, Associated States, etc).

I'd like to apply to control one of the following three nations (Listed in order of want).

1) Kizenia - I have a general interest in Romania and its history, and have begun learning Romanian as a third language a few weeks ago. I'll continue where Gabe left off and stick to the constitutional monarchy (I'd like to dive into the monarchist world). This is also my top choice since Gabe already a great amount of work on the Kizenian wiki page, leaving little for me to do and allowing me to focus on Beluzia's.

2) Degalogesa - Four words: Ethnic conflict and genocide. With Beluzia, I didn't get the chance to truly do any crazy dictator things due to the threat of my next door neighbor of Luthori. If given control of this, expect Cildania x10.

3) Valruzia - Simple, just a cookie-cutter liberal democracy. Sometimes I find this type of government bland, but party politics is intriguing. I'll probably go with a system of governance more closely resembling the German semi-presidential model rather than the American presidential model. As for politics, I'll keep Valruzia relatively centrist, with the far-left and far-right being on the fringe. I'll have an internationalist outlook and seek closer relations with Mordusia, Luthori, Keymon, Likatonia, and, to a lesser extent, Kalistan,

I'd like to apply for Kirlawa (as my second nation). I'm going to do some Oberost style RP with it, largely dominated by Dorvish interest.

I would like to control Bianjie a nation based around Bhutan. I have to say I don't know much about Bhutan except that it is mountainous but I will get to learn their culture and such as I create a very weak unstable country with a possible dictatorship!
