Please feel free to submit proposals to RP with nations which are currently non-player controlled. Your proposals should be reasonably detailed, if possible, and set out an approximate estimated period of time over which the RP will take place.

Please bear in mind a decision to approve a proposal will not normally be made for at least 2 to 3 days, in order to allow other members of the group to ask questions and/or express concerns.

Please also bear in mind that if another player applies for and is assigned control of the nation you want to RP with, then it is possible that at that point their RP priorities will be treated with preference to yours.
