MacArthur Lessens Sentences Connor, Mullane, and Cabinet Receive Lighter Punishments January 4, 2023
Former Prime Minister Cahal Mullane Before Being Released from Prison
After the coup in October of 2019, hundreds of prisoners were found guilty of treason and sentenced prison, among them being former Prime Minister Cahal Mullane and a few members of his cabinet who were sentenced to ten years imprisoned in Goldengate Correctional Facility on December 18, 2019. After serving out a little over four years of their sentences, Uachtarán MacArthur decided to banish Cahal and his cabinet rather than to continue to house them for six more years and eventually let them go free and remain in Beluzia. The prisoners will be given a week under government surveillance to retrieve their possessions and family and make plans for their exit of the nation. At the end of this period, if the prsioners have failed to leave the country, they will be brought to one of Beluzia's borders and dropped off on the other side, to either receive the assistance or punishment of the country they're left in.
Uachtarán MacArthur has also rescinded the death sentence given to former President Finnbar Connor by former military dictator Jack MacGinnis and has instead changed his punishment o banishment from Beluzia. Connor has spent the last four years of his life in the care of the Luthorian government, and is suspected of organizing support for a return to liberal democracy within Beluzia, but if this theory is true, he has failed to accomplish anything as of yet.

AnB Wipes Out AnnO Camp Military Raid on Large Communist Camps Ends in Success April 10, 2023
Prototype AS1 Mobile Tank Departs for Raid from Belderry Barracks
In their first time taking the offensive, the Arm na Beluzia sent a Belderry infantry company lead an assault against a known Arm na n-Oibrithe camp along the River Derry from which the communist militants were storing weapons and ammunition for future raids against the government. The camp was also thought to be the home for AnnO and other communist leaders who fled from Beluzian society to carry out their revolution, but nobody important to the revolution was captured alive or identified from the dead of the battle.
In addition to destroying a large AnnO arsenal and camp, the AnB also used this opportunity to give Morrígan's prototype AS1 mobile tank a field test, and three prototypes were sent to be used as infantry support during the battle. The first use of the AS1's was largely considered to be a success and the tanks were deemed adequate for military use, but a number of different faults and weaknesses were revealed during the battle, which has compelled the government to request that Morrígan correct the tank's faults and strengthen it's weaknesses to ensure the safety of the future operators of the vehicle.
To take an advantage and mimic previous AnnO raids, AnB troops departed from Belderry in the evening and launched the assault at night, catching the communist militants off-guard and ill-prepared. The attack began with a force of AnB troops accompanied by two AS1s attacking from a path leading from the northern woods into the camp. Once the first force grabbed the attention of the garrisoning AnnO, second, smaller force accompanied by the third AS1 attacked along the river from the east and flanked the militants. The battle was an easy victory for the AnB, who had successfully defeated the militants with little casualties in around thirty minutes.
In the end, six AnB soldiers were lost in the fighting compared to the forty-two lost by AnnO. Ninety-four militants were captured during the raid, including the camp's commandant, a communist thug from Port Tackstov named Donncha Daly. Daly and a few other officers captured at the camp have been brought to Cirrane for questioning, while the rest of the captured militants will be held at an undisclosed prison camp in the Bailon Archipelago.

MacArthur Open to Luthorian Diplomacy Luthorian Government Hints at Fixing Beluzian-Luthorian Relations April 23, 2023
Uachtarán MacArthur Discusses Possibility of Reopening Diplomacy with Luthori
In a stunning turn of events, Foreign Minister Jordan Tannenbay of Luthori hinted towards the reopening of diplomatic relations and trade between his nation and Beluzia. This is following almost three years of a stand-off between the two nations who have been on the brink of war due to the political differences between the fascist regime in Beluzia and the liberal democracy of Luthori. Many sparks between the two countries that have deteriorated relations and nearly ignited a war over the past few years, including Luthorian economic sanctions, both nations militarizing the border, and Beluzia threatening to go to war with Darnussia (Which has become a close ally with Luthori as of late) if Darnussia attacked Kalistan over the Ananto Straights Crisis. Miraculously, the two nations have been able to avoid any serious escalation in conflict and have remained at each other's throats in a Cildanian stand-off.
Hopefully, this state of quiet conflict will soon come to an end, as Minister Tannenbay had hinted earlier this month during a session of the Isaac Harrods Institute for International Affairs: The Changing Tide that the government of Luthori would take the first step in mending Beluzian-Luthorian relations due to Beluzia's moves towards liberalization while other nations in Terra warrant the ire of Luthori more than Beluzia. Also during this event, Minister Tannenbay announced that the first olive branch extended by the Luthorian government would be the withdrawal of the economic sanctions placed upon Beluzia following the fascist putsch in 2019. This shift in economic policy will be formally announced during an upcoming visit to Beluzia by Minister Tannenbay.
In response to the statements of Minister Tannenbay, Uachtarán MacArthur released his own:
Reports have confirmed that units of the Arm na Beluzia are being moved away from the Luthorian border and to different parts of the country with large numbers of reports of communist militants while 10,000 soldiers from the Reserve Army have, in fact, been recalled from the Darnussian border and are currently being disarmed and sent back to their lives before deployment in late 2019.

O'Leary Brothers' Expands to Dovani Beluzian Alcohol Company Plans to Build Facilities in Suyu Llaqta and New Englia June 4, 2023
Llaqtan Lotoko Distilleries
In a bid to expand more into foreign markets, O'Leary Brothers' Whiskey announced earlier this week that it plans on expanding production to the eastern Dovani states of New Englia and Suyu Llaqta and that production facilities would be opened in both countries by the end of the year. This would also include the opening of several O'Leary Brothers' stores across both nations to increase alcohol sales across both nations.
In New Englia's capital of Port Ar Dtús, O'Leary Brother's plans on building a brewery that will produce Kilani beer as well as local types of beer while in Niederung, the capital of Suyu Llaqta, a distillery will be opened to, initially, experiment with the distillation of lotoko, a Llaqtan moonshine that contains dangerously high levels of methanol, and distill a form of the beverage that is safe to consume. Once a safe lotoko is made, the distillery will switch its focus to the mass production of the beverage to be sent to the local Llaqtan and Terran markets, but will continue its experimentation with spirits at a smaller degree.
In related news, the International Club of Alcohol Exporters has commended the O'Leary Brothers' expansion into eastern Dovani and has announced that it will be keeping a close eye on the project and may invite Suyu Llaqta and New Englia to the organization in order to further sponsor the expansion of the alcohol industry into the two countries as well as, in the future, further into Dovani.

AnnO Releases Warning Video Gruesome Video of Communist Militants Executing Civilian and Military Prisoners Released to the Public July 13, 2023
Communist Militants Skulk Around the Farm of a Murdered Family
In a gruesome warning to opponents of communism in Beluzia, the communist militants and terrorists of Arm na n-Oibrithe posted a nearly hour long video to numerous social network platforms depicting well-armed members of the group attacking the potato and dairy farm of the Treacy family and the brutalization of the family and their workers as well as other prisoners driven to the farm following its capture.
The video begins just before the attack, with AnnO militants skulking around the perimeter of the Treacy farm some time during the morning. A few minutes into the video, the group climbs the walls of the farm and begin firing at the Treacy home, a short distance away from the militants, along with a few other groups of militants which had breached the property at roughly the same time. The firefight lasted only about fifteen minutes and resulted in the deaths of Conchobhar Treacy, the son of the family patriarch, his own teenage son Aodh, and a farmhand named Fionnbharr Dolan, all of whom died defending the house and the people taking shelter within with the family's shotgun and two rifles.
The militants then stormed the house and dragged out those taking shelter, five members of the Treacy family and four farmhands. The six unarmed men taking shelter in the house were then dragged out to the front of the home and forced to their knees and bound while the three women taken into a different section of the home and were presumably raped and murdered off camera. For a few minutes, nothing of note occurred, until a white van entering the property was pointed out by one of the militants and was followed by the camera man. When the van arrived at the location of the militants, the doors were opened and five more blindfolded prisoners were filed out by two militants in the vehicle, who were joined by a man wearing a suit rather than AnnO gear who was promptly saluted by the militants. The five new prisoners were later discovered to have been two Arm na Beluzia soldiers, a Laochra ár Sinsear stormtrooper, an Arm na Beluzia officer, and Finnegan MacGuire, the Dáil representative for the voting district that the Treacy farm was located in.
All eleven prisoners were then lined up and forced to their knees. Then, the suited man told the prisoners that they were enemies of and traitors to the proletariat and that they were sentenced to death in the name of the international revolution. The aura of the scene was still and terrifying as the suited man stepped back, then, finally, he shouted "Now!" and the surrounding militants began to attack the victims with various types of farming tools and weapons. At the end, the corpses seemed to be unrecognizable, mangled piles of blood and meat. At this point, the camera panned to the suited man who began a short monologue before the video cut to black.
AnnO Officer's Monologue:
The backlash against the attack and the video have been harsh and emanated primarily from the populace rather than from the government, although numerous members of the government have expressed their disgust with the brutality of the attack. Lynch mobs across Beluzia have formed and ransacked the homes of militants identified in the video. There have already been six murders as a result of the mobs, and the government has been forced to break up the mobs in order to avoid anymore vandalism.
With the murder of Finnegan MacGuire, one of Ár Náisiún's Dáil members from Negunia, elections will have to be held in order to fill the now vacant seat. The government has indicated that these elections will be held either in September or October in order to give time for candidates to prepare themselves for the race.

KaravCeim Begins Production of Potato Napalm Chemists Discover Potato Napalm by Mixing Potato-Based Bio Fuel and Gelling Agents August 29, 2023
Test Explosion of Potato Napalm in Mountains Along Luthorian Border
Off-duty chemists working for the chemical company KaravCeim tasked with researching bio fuels and testing new and more efficient ways of converting crops into viable fuel sources have made a tremendous discovery: potato-based bio fuel can be used to make napalm. This discovery was made by chemist Rosa Winton while she was on her, comparatively long, break. Winton, a talented chemist and military enthusiast, wanted to experiment with the ethanol produced by the saccharification and fermentation of potatoes and potato waste to see if she would be able to convert the bio fuel into napalm, a weapon to expensive for Beluzia due to the lack of oil and natural gas deposits in the area and the lack of nations friendly towards the regime. During her first experiments with the "potato napalm," Winton made two batches: one in which the ethanol was gelled with naphthenic and palmitic acids, and another in which it was gelled with polystyrene. Both batches resulted in what would be called a success, with both batches producing the same sticky effects as normal napalm along with higher peak temperatures (Around 1920°C compared to the 1500°C of normal napalm).
Since then, Winton has reported the results of her private experiments to KaravCeim's R&D department, who have started an official project around potato napalm, Winton being given the position of Project Head. The official project has yielded similar good results and has refined the recipe and production methods for creating the substance. The only setback of the project is the same one that has also haunted the bio fuel project: it takes a high amount of potato to create a low amount of ethanol. With the current processes, it takes about three-and-a-half kilograms of potato to make one liter of ethanol, which is not nearly enough to create an efficient fuel source and maintain Beluzia's position as one of Terra's most important food producers. However, KaravCeim's chemists as well as numerous other initiatives are working to find a way to increase the ethanol yield of potatoes.
Despite this glaring issue, the Beluzian Armed Forces has requested that KaravCeim produce 1,000,000L of potato napalm (Which has been renamed by the military as "Kilani Fire") and sell it to the government around 50,000,000 KA. It seems that KaravCeim has accepted this offer and will begin production immediately and will have the order ready by the end of the year.

Dáil Election Results October 13, 2023
After the murder of TD Finnegan MacGuire after the AnnO raid on the Treacy family farm, the Dáil seat for Eireton has been left vacant and in need of an election for the position which was scheduled for the twelfth of October. During the last election, the contested voting district voted by a hair for MacGuire, the Ár Náisiún candidate, beating the An Dílis candidate by a fraction of a percent. During this most recent election, Ár Náisiún didn't maintain its luck, and the AN candidate, Ailill Murphy, won only 39.87% of the vote while Dubhán McNamara, the AD candidate, achieved 41.62% of the vote, while the remaining 18.51% was split by two independent candidates. The drop in voter turnout became a quick scapegoat for Ár Náisiún, who claims that Murphy would have won if only more AN supporters showed up to vote. For reference, the voter turnout for the previous Dáil election in Eireton was 72.21%, while in this last election it dropped to 49.04%.

LaS Revitalizes Fascist Militia Purchases New Equipment, Begins New Training Procedures, and Expands Recruitment November 20,2023
LaS Stormtroopers and Veterans of the 2019 Putsch March Through Cirrane
The Laochra ár Sinsear has long been considered nothing more than a gang of thugs used to intimidate the enemies of Ár Náisiún rather than a respectable force able enough to assist the Arm na Beluzia in defending the homeland. Besides the "elite" stormtrooper unit, the LaS has been an undertrained, underarmed group throughout its history and as only seen action against other weak militias and police forces. Due to their many weaknesses, many believe that if it weren't for the support of the national military during the 2019 Putsch, the fascists wouldn't have been able to maintain power due to its many enemies and few allies. Because of the escalating conflict with the Arm na n-Obrithe and and the obvious weakness of the Laochra ár Sinsear, Marshal Domhnall O'Brien of the LaS announced his plans to turn his militia into a formidable force for the defense of Beluzia after spending the months following the Treacy Farm Raid searching for additional funds for the militia.
Marshal O'Brien has stated that his grand ambitions for the LaS would be the creation of an elite unit of mechanized infantry outfitted solely with Beluzian-manufactured equipment, but until the Ferguson truck company finishes its development of a Beluzian APC, the LaS will remain an infantry unit supplied by Morrígan, who have already agreed to supply the LaS with all of their small arms and ammunition.
In order to achieve this state, the LaS has also expanded their recruitment quota from 1500 troops to 5000 troops, and has created a new, standardized training regimen that would outdo and replace the previous two classes of soldier, but will continue the system of part-time service during times of peace rather maintaining a standing militia at full strength at all times.
Marshal O'Brien has shared that he expects to have the new LaS fully manned, equipped, and trained by the end of 2024 and that the militia would begin preparation for converting to a mechanized force once the Beluzian APC is finished being developed and is put on the market for purchase by entities other than the Beluzian government.

Communist Terrorist Identified December 3, 2023
Following the AnnO attack on the Treacy Farm and the brutalization of its owners and workers, the government has been hard at work to identify the militants who videoed themselves committing their violent acts. At the top of this list was the man suspected of masterminding and leading the attack who gave a short monologue shortly before the butchering of his victims. After months of searching for the man's identity and confirming the suspect, the government has made it public that they believe the man to be Diarmuid Curry, a dock worker and the previous leader of the Port Tackstov wing of Sinn Obrithe. For the past three years, Curry has been missing and has been reported by his family as such. Curry's disappearance was sudden, which lead many leftists to publicly claim that the government had him subtly arrested and/or killed, though his recent recorded attacks seem to prove otherwise. Curry was also one of the AnnO officers leading militants in Port Tackstov during the period of civil unrest before the 2019 Putsch, which suggests that it isn't unrealistic for him to have left his normal life to lead AnnO troops against the government. As of now, the whereabouts of Curry are unknown and the government has asked that anyone with information of his location please submit it to the police immediately.

First Use of Kilani Fire Fórsaí Aeir na Beluzia Drops Potato Napalm on AnnO Compound February 15, 2024
Image Taken of Kilani Fire Explosion from FAnB Helicopter
Kilani Fire made a destructive debut on the warfare stage this past weekend, being used during a military raid against an AnnO compound in the Eireton district of southeastern Negunia, the same district in which communist militants attacked the Treacy Farm and butchered its owners. It's believed that the destroyed compound is the same one in which AnnO launched its attack against the Treacy Farm, though this has not yet been confirmed.
The attack began in midday, around 11:00 am, with jets of the Fórsaí Aeir na Beluzia dropping of approximately 10,000 liters of Kilani Fire on the compound and attack helicopters swarming the area to gun down any militants attempting to flee. Once the hellfire began to subside, Arm na Beluzia ground troops moved into the compound and cleared it of any resistance, which collapsed almost immediately under the additional pressure of AnB troops.
When the fire finally cleared and the the ruins were able to be surveyed, little was found beneath the ashes. Most corpses were unable to be identified, and it is suspected that many bodies will not be able to be discovered. Any valuable information that could have been recovered after a ground assault has likely been destroyed, and the highly destructive Kilani Fire killed or scared away many prisoners worth interrogation. In the end, the military suffered zero casualties, while eleven militants were captured and an estimated hundreds were killed in the attack, most during the bombing.
The destructiveness and inhumanity of Kilani Fire that was showcased during this attack has chilled many Beluzians to the bone, even those with clear anti-communist ideologies, and has opened up a national debate on whether or not the military should continue to use such inhumane weapons, especially against fellow Beluzians. But many others, including Uachtarán MacArthur, argue that hellish weapons like Kilani Fire, despite their inhumanity, are necessary to the winning the battle efficiently and with as little casualties on the friendly side as possible.

MacArthur Takes Position on Cildania Uachtarán MacArthur and the Dáil take Neutral Route on the Cildanian Civil War June 22, 2024
Overseer of Foreign Affairs Mághnus Ó Dubhthaigh Releases Government Stance to the Press
On the 14th of June, a little over a week ago, the dangerous tensions quickly building up in Cildania exploded into a multi-factional civil war between ten different militant groups with ideologies ranging from syndicalism to Yeudist nationalism. At the current point in time, it seems as if the war is going to be a free-for-all with a multitude of foreign militaries involving themselves in order to ensure that their ideology comes out on top, such as Trigunia and Kalistan supporting the syndicalist government of Punicar and Mordusia and Likatonia supporting the rule of King Ġan II of Qendaria, though these countries have not yet announced whether or not they'll intervene in the civil war. So far, the only country to announce support for one of Cildania's factions is Keymon, whose Prime Minister Kalili Makaio, just yesterday, surprisingly announced their support for the monarchists of Qendaria rather than one of the democratic factions in the south and east.
In contrast to Keymon, Uachtarán MacArthur and Overseer of Foreign Affairs Mághnus Ó Dubhthaigh both released statements confirming that the Beluzian government will maintain its neutrality and not support any faction in the Cildanian Civil War. This is due to the anti-imperialist and pro national determination ideals of Kilani Fascism that state that all nations and all peoples have a right to self-determination and the right to choose how they are governed and that that right will never fall into the hands of foreign powers. This belief coupled with the general wish for neutrality and isolation held by both Ár Náisiún and An Dílis are the main two reasons for the Beluzian government refraining from offering aid to any competing faction in the Cildanian Civil War.
But the government's neutrality on the Cildanian Civil War will, reportedly, not affect commerce between the Kilani and Cildanian peoples. Foreign Affairs Overseer Ó Dubhthaigh also announced in his statement that the Beluzian government and Beluzian companies will continue to trade with Cildania through the ten factions. Themain reason for this would be to deliver food to the starving regions of Cildania and in return for little to no compensation, but will not rule out mutually beneficial trade deals and deals not having to do with the war. Reportedly, the government is already preparing a trade deal to offer to the fascist faction in northern Cildania, but no details have been released yet.

Beluzia Brief Beluzia's Most Reliable Source of Quick News
AnnO Leaders Captured November 18, 2024
The ringleaders of the almost three-year-long Arm na n-Obrithe insurgency have finally been captured during a planned raid on an AnnO safehouse in the lower-class borough of Sherriton Yards in Port Tackstov. The raid was carried out by two special forces squads given the task of bringing the nine AnnO officers, including the war criminal Diarmuid Curry who was revealed to be the marshal of AnnO forces in Negunia, into government custody alive. The officers were meeting in the borough in order to formulate a new strategy for their failing insurgency in person rather than over insecure means of communication, which, ironically, is exactly how the military was able to discover the planned meeting as well as its location and time. The raid has resulted in only three deaths, each being AnnO militants that put up a fight during the breaching and clearing of the safehouse. Other than the three deaths, nobody else on either side were harmed, and twenty-nine militants, along with the nine officers, were captured by special forces and are currently being transported to where they will be held until their trials.
It is not yet known whether or not this is the end of the AnnO insurgency, but given that the head of the snake seems to have been severed, it is not without possibility that the insurgency will either die immediately or fizzle out. Currently, there are rumors circulating that AnnO militants would be given the opportunity to surrender to government forces and receive a pardon in exchange for leaving Beluzia and setting up a community in Kalistan. This rumor began after the new Kalistani President, Francis Bjorksdottir, floated the idea following her election, and this plan has caught the attention of many supporters within the government who would rather end the insurgency with amnesty and self-exile rather than with government punishment. Uachtarán MacArthur is yet to make his opinion on the issue known, but has, in the past, made it clear that leaders and war criminals will be punished for their treason and violent crimes against the Kilani people, which likely rules out amnesty for all. Reportedly, high Beluzian officials have been seen entering the interest section set up by the Kalistani government to take in refugees for long hours at a time, but the government refuses to comment on this as of yet.

Trade Deal Made With Cildanian Fascists January 12, 2025
Earlier today, the Beluzian government released the details of a trade deal made between the Beluzian government and the leadership of the Fascist Revolutionary State of Cildania that has been rumored to be in the works since the government took a neutral stance on the Cildanian Civil War. The deal has been accepted by both parties and includes the Beluzian government sending small arms and ammunition made by Morrígan in exchange for the fascist government granting Beluzian companies commercial priority following the civil war as well as allowing Beluzian companies to build factories and stores in Cildania. Reportedly, the first shipment of weapons and ammunition has already departed for the fascist-controlled port city of Sis last week and will arrive soon.
This trade deal has caught the ire of many TDs and other officials who see the deal as hypocritical and as going against the Kilani Fascist principle of non-interventionism. In response to these criticisms, supporters of the deal have pointed out the the government is simply trading with the fascists, something that the government not only left on the table, but is also doing on a smaller scale with other Cildanian factions, in which food is being sent to various factions the island in order to feed the civilians of Cildania.

Communist Militants Permitted to Leave Government Allows Ex-Militants to Leave Beluzia for Kalistan April 19, 2025
Last Active AnnO Militants Surrender to LaS Troops Near Longmont
Since the capture of the leaders of the AnnO militants last November, the Arm na Beluzia and Laochra ár Sinsear has ramped up its campaign against the militants in order to capture as many of them as possible before they can retreat back into society and lie and wait for the next opportunity to take up arms against the government. The overwhelming success of this campaign is due to the compliance of captured AnnO officers during interrogations, which has yielded much important information regarding the uprising, including the locations and strengths of the most important militant camps and compounds. This campaign came to an end last week, with the surrender of the militants from the last AnnO compound, located near the city of Longmont in Harlingen. In total, this final campaign has resulted in 231 deaths and 4206 prisoners on the side of the militants, and fifty-six deaths from the AnB and LaS.
Currently, the government is holding over 6000 AnnO militants in heavily-guarded POW camps in the Bailon Archipelago. This large number of prisoners has posed an important question: What should be done about these prisoners? The government doesn't wish to pour hundreds of thousands of Airgead into the keeping of these prisoners, and the government obviously cannot execute thousands of people. So what can be done?
Earlier this year, the government of Kalistan offered to allow any and all communist militants to leave Beluzia and set up in Kalistan. Since then, this option has been on the table and has had much debate within the government as to whether or not this would be a good idea. Proponents of this plan argue that just allowing the militants to leave Beluzia rather than to waste resources on their imprisonment or execution would be far preferable for government coffers and public opinion while its opponents argue that the militants would be skipping justice with this plan and will avoid retribution for their crimes against the Kilani people.
Yesterday, the government finally came to a conclusion on the matter: AnnO militants will be permitted to leave Beluzia for Kalistan, with the exception of high-ranking officials and war criminals, who we face trial in Beluzia. The punishment of be exiled from their homeland will fall upon all eligible militants currently in government captivity, while all militants currently not within government custody will be allowed to leave Beluzia if they turn themselves in before the end of the year, after which any discovered militants will face trial no matter what their participation in the uprising was.
Transportation will begin once the Kalistani government is fully prepared to receive the militants, which will be sometime before the beginning of summer. The militants will be transported via cargo freighter and cargo plane, and armed escort will be up to Kalistan to provide if they choose to provide any. It is estimated that transportation for the currently held prisoners will be completed by the end of the year, while the transportation of those who turn themselves in will continue into early 2026.

With the backdrop of the departure of over 6000 low-ranked militants, 171 AnnO officers and suspected war criminals were barred from leaving for Kalistan in order to stay and face trial for instigating the communist revolt. The trials for these individuals have been held rapidly over the past few months, and the last ended just last weak. Most of those held back were found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment, with only thirteen suspected war criminals being found not guilty and allowed to leave for Kalistan. The remaining 158 militants were found guilty and issued punishments for leading an insurgency against the government, the vast majority of which have been given prison time, while only sixteen war criminals and high officials have been sentenced to death.
Late last year, the nine highest-ranking officers in AnnO were captured by Beluzian special forces during a meeting in Port Tackstov. Of these nine men, six have been sentenced to death, while the remaining three have received life imprisonment. These six were Grand Marshal Fionnbharr Killough, the ringleader of the insurrection, Diarmuid Curry, the Marshal of AnnO troops in Negunia and war criminal responsible for the butchering of the Treacy family, and the Marshals of AnnO troops in the four other counties.
Also sentenced to death was the man who is thought to be the most responsible for the insurrection and most instrumental in its continuation, Patrick McPhee, the former Chairman of Sinn Obrithe. Documentation recovered from AnnO compounds has revealed that McPhee has been the man who put the idea of insurrection into the minds of Grand Marshal Killough and his fellow AnnO officers and has also revealed that McPhee has been preventing the leadership of AnnO from falling apart due to defeatist attitudes and internal disputes. For these reasons and for his position as Chief Recuriter for AnnO, the National Court sees execution as a fitting punishment for McPhee.
The 142 militants who have been sentenced to life imprisonment will be initially held be at a prison camp between Mount MacCulloch and Mount Sliabrion on the Isle Oilearn before being dispersed to other prisons across Beluzia. All sixteen of those being executed will have their sentences carried on the first of August and will be executed by hanging. The executions will be carried out in private, and will only be attended by the Judges of the National Court and Uachtarán MacArthur.

Uachtarán MacArthur Congratulates Mordusian Newlyweds June 12, 2025
Two days ago, on June tenth, the Crown Prince of Mordusia, Carlos Erias of the House of Ibarra-Cascabel, married Eleanore of the House of Beaubon, a Rildanorian aristocrat. The wedding was attended my many important Terran leaders, including the Kings of Likatonia, Cildania, and Sekowo as well as Prince James of Middlebrook of Luthori. Despite not attending this monumentous wedding, Uachtarán MacArthur has congratulated the royal couple and wished them well in a letter he wrote to the Mordusian Prince.
Released Segment of MacArthur's Letter to Prince Carlos:
The remaining portion of the letter has been kept private and remains to only be known by Uachtarán MacArthur and Prince Carlos, but much has been speculated. A rumor has also been going around that, along with his letter, Uachtarán MacArthur also sent the Mordusian prince a bottle of aged Kilani Whiskey, though MacArthur has not yet commented on this rumor, so it has not yet been confirmed.

Government Nationalizes Food Industries Agriculture, Beef, and Dairy Industries Brought Under Government Control September 20, 2025
Donnivan Potato Farm in Harlingen
When Uachtarán MacArthur took office six years ago, he swore to spend his mandate laying the groundwork for the establishment of Duffyist Autarky in Beluzia, making the Kilani people the first nation in history to achieve this level. Unfortunately, these plans have been delayed due to the government's forays into weapon innovation and the communist insurgency that was recently defeated. Many thought MacArthur had forgotten his promise, which has no doubt decreased his support from the common people, but those pessimists have been proven wrong earlier this week when MacArthur announced his and the government's plans to establish a Sindeacáit Feirmeoirí agus Rainseoirí Kilaelige (Syndicate of Kilani Farmers and Ranchers), a government-run organization with the aims of nationalizing three of Beluzia's most important industries (Agriculture, Beef, and Dairy) without stripping the property from Beluzian farm owners, who typically are families running small plots of land that they've inherited from their ancestors.
Under the new system, the current owners will maintain ownership of their farms and ranches but will be required to join the SFRK which will take eighty percent of a farm or ranch's yield and use the product to first supply for the needs of Beluzia, and then put what remains on the domestic and international market. The twenty-percent not taken by the SFRK will be split between the owners and workers of the farms, each group receiving ten percent of the total yield. This will allow for the owners and workers to live primarily off of what they produce as well as let the smaller group, the owners, to sell part of their share on small local markets for a small amount of profit.
The money made by the SFRK's sale of produce will be split between the government, SFRK, owners, and workers. The government and SFRK will each take thirty percent of the money made by the sale of Beluzian produce, while owners and workers will each receive twenty-percent as their wage. The funds in the treasury of the SFRK will be used to pay, first and foremost, for the costs of the syndicate, such as wages and rent, while what remains will be used for as a "rainy day fund" in order to assist with any monetary hurdles that farmers and ranchers may come across, as well as to pay for any renovations that would increase the quality or quantity of produce, or the job quality of workers.
For Beluzia, this is tremendous news, as the economy will placed on the path of focusing on the benefit of the Kilani people rather than focusing on the creation of profit for those who are already well off. However, the creation of the SFRK will come at the cost of the international community, as Beluzian food exports will drop, at most, thirty percent. Since Beluzia is one of Terra's most important food exporters, this drop will force many nations that are dependent on Beluzian food exports search for new partners to fill the food gap, or possibly drop Beluzia altogether in favor of a single exporter.
Currently, Beluzia is sending its food products to a majority of the factions in the Cildanian Civil War in order to feed those who are starving due to food shortages caused by the war. These products are sold to Cildanians at an incredibly small fraction of the normal price in order to bypass the issue reduced Cildanian production, which has put Beluzia in an unprofitable situation. Despite this, Uachtarán MacArthur also stated that Beluzia would continue this humanitarian at the same volume by giving the Cildanian factions preferential treatment over other foreign purchasers. This will continue until after the civil war when Cildania will be able to either provide for its own people or pay Beluzia the normal price.

Trade to Resume With Luthori Luthori Ends Sanctions Against Beluzia, Allowing for the Possibility of Resumed Trade January 17, 2026
Transport Freighter Being Loaded in Port Tackstov
Since the 2019 Putsch, relations between Beluzia and Luthori have been at an all time low, with Luthori placing economic sanctions upon Beluzia and both nations militarizing and closing their borders. Relations remained cold between the two nations for years after both the putsch and the Dáil's coup against the military regime. However, in 2023, the Foreign Minister Jordan Tannenberry of Luthori hinted at the possibility of Luthori extending an olive branch to Beluzia, but initially nothing came of it. Today, the end of the six-year standoff between Beluzia and Luthori seems to finally be at an end, as the Imperial Diet of Luthori voted unanimously to withdraw the sanctions that have prevented trade and travel between the two nations.
The Luthorian sanctions have been a nuisance for the Beluzian economy throughout their time in effect. As well as Luthori, the sanctions have also stopped trade with the rest of the Luthorian Commonwealth and Darnussia, as well as indirectly lead to the end of trade between many other nations, such as Kizenia and Mordusia. This has forced Beluzia to seek out new trading partners and attempt to increase trade with other nations which have not given in to Luthorian pressure.
Not only have the sanctions hindered Beluzian trade, but other industries which relied off of Luthorian imports, whether they have been raw materials or machinery, were left with nothing but scraps and the need to look elsewhere for their lifeblood, which has yielded both more expensive and lesser amounts of those imports, which has constricted the growth of industries reliant on Luthorian products.
Yet another facet of Beluzia that was injured by Luthorian sanctions has been the military, which has primarily used equipment purchased from Luthori since Beluzia gained her independence, mainly due to the tying of the Beluzian economy to the Luthorian economy by the independence treaty. Even after that portion of the independence treaty left at the end of 1959, the Beluzian economy has remained close to Luthori, and the Beluzian military remained supplied by Luthori. Luthorian sanctions, obviously, also removed Luthori as an option of a supplier of the Beluzian military, which has prompted Beluzia to fund its own military equipment R&D initiative, that is still in the process of perfecting designs.
Now that Luthori's sanctions are finally at an end, the possibility of the Beluzian and Luthorian economies becoming close once again seems to be on the horizon, though this may be too soon to say as sanctions ended only a few days ago, which has not allowed nearly enough time for trade to begin between the two nations.
There stands another minor obstacle in the way of Beluzian and Luthorian economic cooperation, which is a pair of small cabals existing within the Dáil. One in twelve autarky fanatics who wish to see the complete end of all trade between Beluzia and the outside world, and the other a group of seven economically leftist TDs who have made it public that they want the entirety of the Beluzian economy to be nationalized and for Beluzia to only trade and have relations with fascist and socialist nations. However, both of these groups are tiny minorities within the Dáil, and an overwhelming majority of TDs are believed to support economic cooperation with Luthori, with the largest proponents coming from a third group of more than thirty members who support maintaining relations and trade with every nations from Kalistan to Mordusia.

Military Systems R&D Ends Contracted Companies Share the Fruits of their Labor During Public Expo September 4, 2026
Ferguson's FAPC I "Stinger"
Morrígan's MMT I "Scorpio"
Since 2021, the government has been pouring millions of Airgead into a weapons Research and Development program with three other Beluzian companies in the attempt to develop a light tank, a main battle tank, an armored personnel carrier, an attack helicopter, and a multi role jet. However, this program has yielded only two weapons systems: Morrígan's MMT "Scorpio" mobile tank and Ferguson's FAPC "Stinger" armored personnel carrier. The other goals of the program have been cancelled throughout the process for a multitude of reasons, including the stagnation of process for the main battle tanks and the lives that have been lost during the testing of MacFarlane Aer's prototypes of multi role jets.
Morrígan's Scorpio tank is an ultra-light vehicle built for reconnaissance missions and tactically meant to be used against infantry rather than other tanks. The Scorpio is fitted with a 76mm primary cannon and a secondary coaxial 7.62mm medium machine gun. The Ministry of Defense wishes to replace Beluzia's current 550 light tanks with Scorpios.
Ferguson's Stinger APC is fitted with a single 12.7mm machine gun, though combat is not the purpose of the Stinger. The Stinger has enough space to hold nine soldiers in addition to its crew. The Ministry of Defense wishes to replace Beluzia's current APC armada with 1100 Stingers.
Currently, Beluzia does not have nearly enough materials to produce all of the vehicle planned to be fielded, but the government is skimming the international market for nations and companies with the capability to provide Beluzia with the iron needed to produce the approximate 14,669 tonnes of steel needed to make all 1650 vehicles.
